We specialize in active toys for active kids.

We are quite diligent at monitoring our inventory. If the item is not in stock, we quickly remove the order button from the page or post a notice stating when the item is expected to be available for shipment.

All carriers charge an Address Correction Fee in the event they are required to change the address, even slightly, from what is stated on the label. Our policy is to absorb the fee if we make a mistake and to charge the customer's card in the event the customer makes a mistake. The fee currently is $6.00 to $10.00 per correction. An order placed with ExtexToys.com is an acceptance of this policy. Please avoid the additional fee by being accurate when typing in the delivery address including apartment or suite numbers. We stand behind the quality of all of our products. You may return any item in its original condition and packaging within 15 days for any reason. We will gladly issue a credit covering the value of your returned item less shipping and handling charges. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to our facility (UPS or Fedex ONLY).

An adjustment will be applied to items returned in less than original condition and packaging.

Merchandise ordered and subsequently refused is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and the customer is responsible for the related shipping and handling. Carriers add a return shipping charge for returned merchandise. We must deduct this return shipping fee from any refund the customer is entitled to. An order placed with ExtexToys.com is acceptance of this policy.

Free Shipping items if returned are subject to actual shipping charges incurred by Extex, Inc. (Both to and from your location).

Authorization must be obtained to return an item after 15 days and a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.

Please DO NOT use the U.S. Postal Service to make returns. Return items via UPS or Fedex only.

SHIPPING: (Approximately, how long will it take for my package to arrive?)

This map illustrates service schedules in business days as of September 2015 for Ground shipments. For Fedex or UPS Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.

Unless otherwise requested, all orders leave our plant within two business days via UPS Ground (A business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays).

Ground transit time ranges from one to six business days depending upon the receiving point's distance from Hawthorne, California.

U.S. Shipping & Handling starts at $8.99 per order and is adjusted upward based upon various shipping factors (i.e. weight, size, etc.). The shipping & handling charge will be calculated and clearly displayed on the order form before the customer is required to consumate the purchase.

Most packages are shipped via Fedex or UPS Ground.

If you need the item 'RUSHED', we offer Fedex or UPS next day, 2nd day or 3rd day service. Express Services carry additional fees which will be added to your purchase.

We do not ship to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APO, FPO or foreign addresses.

Please make certain your Ship To Address is complete and accurate including suite or apartment numbers. UPS and Fedex attach a fee for address corrections. In the event we use the address you place on the order and it requires a correction by the carrier, we must bill your credit card for the fee not to exceed $10.00 per package.
